Corinna started dancing aged 3 years with Dame Marie Rambert's daughter whilst her family were stationed in Bangkok. She continued her vocational training at Elmhurst Ballet School and then joined the Royal Ballet School at 16. At 17, Corinna started her professional career with an Italian touring Operetta Company, and by 19 joined the hit Italian Musical "Felicibumta", in Teatro Sistina Rome. With summer seasons at Teatro Verde in Trieste, Corinna performed in classical ballets, tap, jazz, and musical theatre. At 21, Corinna became a soloist "soubrette" on RAI TV. At 26 Corinna, moved to Holland where she formed the Dance Company "Serein" which toured in Europe and the UK including Sadlers Wells and the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London. She also worked closely with Amnesty International and taught at Vocational and Community Dance Centres in Holland. She collaborated with projects under Merce Cunningham, Anna Walsemann, and many other Dance legends and began her association wih the Cuban National Ballet School in 1984 as European Promotor of the international Dance Courses Cuballet. With over 30 years of teaching and choreographic experience, Corinna is a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, and acts as Mentor for the training of young RAD teachers.

Catherine began ballet at the age of 3 in Western Australia training within the Royal Academy of Dance and as a junior associate of the West Australian Ballet Company. At age 11 she was awarded a full scholarship to John Curtin, Australia’s premier performing arts high school. She graduated with distinction and completed further training with the W.A. Ballet Company and later the Australian Ballet School under the supervision of ballet luminaries Svetlana Beriosova, Maina Gielgud, Lucette Aldos and Dame Peggy van Prague.
Catherine has danced professionally with the W.A Ballet Company and Manx Ballet and has performed extensively in Australia and abroad. She graduated with a double degree in dance and dance education from the University of NSW in 2000 and is an experienced teacher of RAD ballet and GCSE and A level dance.
Clare is currently starring in 42nd Street in London's West End. She trained at the Arts Educational Schools, London where she gained a BA(Hons) in Musical Theatre. Most recently Clare appeared as 'Miss Dorothy' in Thoroughly Modern Millie at Kilworth House Theatre directed by Stephen Mear. Prior to this Clare enjoyed taking on the role of 'Kathy Selden’ in Singin’ in the Rain at the Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris. Born in Nagoya, Japan, Tomomi trained at The Royal Conservatory, The Hague and was awarded Junior 1st Japan in 1995 and Senior 2nd Prize at the 4th International Ballet Competition, Luxembourg. She joined the Royal Flanders Ballet, Antwerp in 1995. From 1998 to 2000 she was based in Bordeaux, guest performing in France, Cuba, Mexico and Colombia. After joining Scottish Ballet (2000-2012) Tomomi danced all major roles as Principal. She left Scottish Ballet in 2012 to pursue a freelance career as an international guest artist, dancing with former English National Bzallet star, Yat-Sen Chang at the Espinosa Dance Project. Whilst performing at Gala events in Japan and London Tomomi’s repertoire has included many of the major roles in ballet classics, as well as several new works in contemporary and neo classic style. Tomo is now pursuing her passion for teaching at The Vyne Performing Arts Centre in Berkhamsted where she teaches on the Professional Performance Diploma and coaches dancers privately for international ballet competitions.
Pippa is a former professional ballet dancer and trained at The Arts Educational School - Tring Park and The Central School of Ballet - London. She went on to perform with London City Ballet, Wiener Ballet Theatre, Adonais Ballet Company and also in Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera". She has 13 years of teaching experience with The Southwest School of Ballet – London, The West London School of Dance, The Julie Morton School of Dance - Tring and currently has her own ballet school in Cheddington and teaches classes at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts and Champneys - Tring.
Lucia Caruso is an accomplished Flamenco Dance performer, award-winning choreographer and experienced teacher with a successful international career. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro where she studied various styles of dance and ballet until she fell in love with the vibrant style Flamenco. Soon Lucia moved to Madrid, Spain, immersing herself in the world's most renowned centre of Flamenco dance teaching and learning: Estudios Amor de Dios.
Candice is an Advanced Pilates Teacher and has been a member of the BCPA since 1998. She is the Director of Sports PilatesUK, the first programme of its kind, which brings Pilates into schools and clubs through sport. Candice is working towards Level Four REPS standard through BCPA as a 'Certified Back4Good Practitioner'. Candice lectures on the benefits of Pilates to various groups from HealthCare professionals, Sports clubs and Corporate Training Sessions. She was senior teacher of Pilates at Champneys Health and Spa Resort for 5 years. Candice has taught Pilates in the UK, USA, Spain, Australia and Tuscany.
Passionate about the benefits of yoga, John believes that life should not be too serious and tries to incorporate some fun and laughter in everything he does. He has always been interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and how it helps maintain health and aid recovery, having direct experience of this himself. John teaches in a gentle style that promotes harmony of mind, body and spirit and is suitable for all ages and abilities. John has been a qualified teacher with the Yoga for Health and Education Trust since 2003 and is a qualified yoga therapist with the Yoga Biomedical Trust and Yogacampus.

Nicky first trained as a dancer at the Arts Educational School Tring Park studying classical Ballet RAD and Cecchetti to Advanced level before heading to the London school to train in the Martha Graham Technique. Nicky joined the Bluebell Girls at the Lido in Paris working as a dancer and continued to attend Martha Graham classes in Paris. Returning to London to continue her career as a dancer/model, Nicky's love for movement and exercise led her into the fitness industry. REPS Member teaching group ETM, Bodybalance, RPM and one to one training with experience of over 20 years experience.
Helen has been a pole teacher since 2010 and a pole dance judge for POLE2POLE Cup Kent heat, Lucy Pole Cup for 2 years and her very own pole dance competition. Helen was the Runner Up in Pole2Pole Essex 2012 and achieved 5th Place overall in UK National Pole2Pole Cup Finals. Helen is both a Pole Dance Teacher (Vertical Dance Qualified) and a Personal Trainer and is qualified in Pilates, Exercise to Music and First Aid.Read more
