Helen Walker - View timetable
Pole Attack is a fantastic way to keep fit and have fun. It is seriously addictive so no chance of getting bored or uninspired by the gym. Pole Attack is a unique way of exercising both your anaerobic and aerobic systems, by the creation of the combination of spins, holds, tricks, transitional moves, aerobics, floor work, pilates, flexibility and toning to improve all over strength, fitness, confidence and grace without the unfair stigma attached to pole dancing. The structured fun pole levels ensure you get the most out of each and every class. We only have small class numbers so you get lots of time on the pole. There are 4 poles each with a safely mat, and a maximum of 8 people per class.
